TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Website Use Only)

Credilife® Website Terms of Use (Educational Site)
Credilife® is a consumer-facing brand owned and operated by G8Way Corp, a Minnesota corporation (“Credilife,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Credilife.com and any related web pages we operate (the “Site”).

1) Educational Website; No Service Relationship Created by Browsing

The Site is intended to provide general educational and informational content about credit education and financial wellness. The Site is not a substitute for individualized legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

Your use of the Site does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, or contractual relationship with Credilife. If you choose to enroll in any paid Credilife program or service, your relationship with Credilife will be governed by the separate written enrollment/service agreement presented at the time of enrollment (“Service Agreement”). If there is a conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for paid services.

2) Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.

4) Eligibility

The Site is intended for individuals at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

5) Electronic Communications

By using the Site or contacting us through the Site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that electronic notices, disclosures, and communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

6) No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site:

  • for any unlawful purpose,

  • to interfere with the Site’s operation or security,

  • to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data,

  • to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code,

  • to harass, defame, or threaten others.

7) Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, videos, software, and design elements, is owned by Credilife or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print limited portions of the Site for personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any proprietary notices. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

8) Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, tools, or resources. Credilife does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, practices, performance, or availability. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

9) Affiliate Disclosure

Some pages on this Site may contain affiliate links. This means Credilife may receive compensation if you click a link and make a purchase or take other action. Affiliate relationships do not influence our educational content, opinions, or recommendations. We encourage you to independently evaluate any third-party product or service before purchasing.

10) Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Credilife disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

  • Credilife makes no guarantee of outcomes, including credit score changes or financial results.

  • Any examples or educational materials are general in nature and may not apply to your situation.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credilife and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

If liability is found, Credilife’s total liability for Site-related claims will not exceed $100 or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Credilife and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • your use of the Site,

  • your violation of these Terms, or

  • your violation of any third-party rights.

13) Dispute Resolution for Website Use Only

If you have a concern about the Site, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Unless a separate Service Agreement signed at enrollment provides otherwise, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any Site-related dispute will be in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you waive any objection to personal jurisdiction or venue in those courts.

14) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
